Standard:
Clause 20.1 of IEC 60335-1 Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 1: General requirements.
Application:
The inclined plane friction tester is used to test the stability of an apparatus that requires a solid surface during operation.
Test sample:
Household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other household electrical appliances.
Parameters:
Model | Surface Diameter | Surface Material | Angle Range | Load Capacity | Rotation Method | Rotation Speed | Remark |
600mm | High-quality spray steel plate | 0-30° | 50kg | Manual | -/1r/min | Round table
800mm | High-quality spray steel plate | 0-30° | 80kg | Manual / Electrical | -/1r/min | Round table
1000mm | High-quality spray steel plate | 0-30° | 120kg | Manual / Electrical | -/1r/min | Round table
800*800mm | Aluminum plate | 0-15° | 80kg | Manual | - | Rectangle table
Z represents the version with the automatic rotation function driven by the electrical motor |
Feature:
The device consists of a surface and an angle adjusting component. The test sample is placed on the surface, then the test sample’s mechanical stability is measured by slowing inclining the surface. Manual operation and electrical motor drive are optional; the electrical motor drive version can achieve a 1r/min rotating rate.
