In accordance with standard requirements, testing resistance to heat and fire of insulating sleeves of plug pins

(2) Thermocouple
(3) Metal part B
(4) Heating element

(6) Maximum outline of the plug according to the relevant standard sheet
(7) Diameter twice the maximum permissible dimension of the engagement face of the plug given in the relevant standard sheet

Parameters
1. Insulation part: 5 mm thickness, round and flat, diameter equal to twice the maximum permissible dimension of the engagement face of the test sample
2. Metal part B(fixture): brass, length at least 20 mm, provide 3 fixtures for 6A, 10A, 16A plug according to relevant standard
3. Distance between insulation part and metal part: 3±0.2mm, Ensure the air convection around the pin
4. Distance from thermocouple to metal part B: 7±0.5mm
5. Hole for plug pin in metal part B: 0.1 mm larger than the maximum dimensions of the pins
6. Equipped with K-type thermocouple and high precision digital thermo meter
